Costs will be determined by the number of users and functionality you need. Most pricing will be based on a pay-per-user subscription.

Once you contact us, our representative can then recommend a solution (whether that exclusively includes the Backware system or Backware plus customizations) that fits the needs of your business.

Services and Support

We offer a full range of service and support offerings that will allow your business to take advantage of integrating certain processes and features into the core Backware system.

  • Training
    • We can teach you how to use the software and/or we can teach you the administrative side (adding/changing processes, classes, etc.).
  • Integration
    • We can analyze what your company does and design the system around your processes. If you are looking for a change, we can also conduct a process analysis to help make you more efficient (our in-house industrial engineer can assist you). After that is set up, we can also bring your current information into the system.
  • Customization/Custom Modules
    • If you have a very unique way of managing data or want to do something that goes outside the specifications of Backware, we can write customized software that will integrate with the existing system.
  • Support
    • If you need more assistance in addition to the training, we provide superior technical support. Bug fixes and patches also fall under this category.

Hosting Options

You can choose from two deployment options – the on-premise and Phoenix Web Group-hosted service models. Both are regularly updated when new versions of Backware are released.

  • With on-premises (also known as the “appliance” solution) hosting, Phoenix Web Group will provide and install a pre-configured server enclosure at your chosen location.
  • The Phoenix Web Group-hosted model hosts all of the elements of Backware remotely, from our premises. You can access the hosted system via the Internet.
